Mr. Himanshu Goswami is the Corporate Practice Head for Transactions and Regulatory at Khaled Al-Marri & Partners, bringing over 23 years of cross-border legal and transactional experience. He advises a wide spectrum of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. His practice spans funds and investments, corporate restructuring, real estate, technology, and intellectual property, with a focus on delivering solutions that integrate legal compliance with business strategy.

Mr. Goswami has led the structuring of investment funds across multiple jurisdictions, including DIFC/DFSA-regulated entities, Mauritius- based private equity funds, and Category II AIFs with global limited partner participation. He has also advised family offices on private trust structures in India and the USA, overseeing assets ranging from USD 20–100 million.

In corporate restructuring and transactions, he has successfully handled high-value and complex mandates, including the restructuring of UAE-based investment groups with Luxembourg entities, the cross-border reorganisation of transportation groups in India and the USA, and representing Guardian One Holdings in its AED 33 million acquisition by Emirates Transport. His experience also includes advising on international listings, such as WNS Holdings’ NYSE debut and compliance matters.

Mr. Goswami’s work further extends to the technology, retail, and energy sectors, where he has advised IT service providers on regulatory frameworks in India and the USA, retail apparel groups on warehousing and cross-border supply chains, and energy ventures such as Techperspect Private Ltd. in securing a USD 30 million equity investment from Gulf Oil Limited. Known for his sharp legal acumen and commercial insight, he is regarded as a trusted advisor on multi-jurisdictional matters, consistently safeguarding client interests while advancing strategic business objectives.
