We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to support our Corporate team across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, governance, and cross-border legal issues in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the drafting of various agreements and corporate governance documents.
• Conduct legal research on matters relevant to corporate transactions and regulatory issues.
• Support the legal team in company incorporations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and third parties.
• Stay informed of changes in corporate and commercial laws, and assist in preparing legal updates and internal guidance materials.
• Attend internal and external meetings and assist with preparation and maintenance of meeting minutes and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a recognized law program (LLB, JD, or equivalent).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to identify and analyze legal issues and present findings clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or practical experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Familiarity with drafting standard corporate documents.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
