Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Case Handler to join our team and support our Litigation Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist Litigation Partner and our existing team with procedures and follow-ups before various UAE Courts – Court of First Instance; Court of Appeal; Court of Cassation and Execution Court in the UAE.
• Handle and assist Our Firm’s clients before various: Police Stations, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Notary Public and other relevant Government Authorities in the UAE.
• Liaise with clients, Courts, and Government Authorities to ensure timely and accurate case handling and assistance to our firms clients.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and Court dates.
• Provide ground level in real time inputs to further strengthen and optimize the efficiency of our litigation practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Case Handler in the UAE.
• Prior experience working in an Emirati law firm is a must.
• Prior or existing authorization from Dubai Legal Affairs Department and/or Dubai Courts is a must.
• Proven track record of handling cases before Dubai Courts.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English/Urdu) is a must.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Team Player in a multi cultural office.
