Mr. Zeiniddine is an Associate in the Disputes team. He is a multilingual Legal Associate with cross-jurisdictional experience spanning the UAE and Lebanon, specializing in civil, commercial, real estate, and criminal litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. He represents clients before UAE Courts, the Rent Disputes Center (RDC), Execution Court, and Public Prosecution, combining courtroom advocacy with strategic advisory expertise.

Mr. Zeiniddine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Beirut Arab University and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French. His blend of courtroom experience, corporate advisory insight, and multilingual proficiency positions him as a dynamic practitioner adept at bridging legal systems and business realities across the UAE and the wider MENA region.

At Khairallah Advocates & Legal Consultants (Dubai), Mr. Zeiniddine advised clients across the real estate, F&B, retail, and IP sectors, with a strong record of achieving favorable settlements and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks. His practice covers contract drafting and negotiation, including franchise, lease, NDAs, and MOUs, alongside intellectual property management, particularly trademark registration and enforcement before the UAE Ministry of Economy.

Mr. Zeiniddine s experience extends to corporate governance, labor law, licensing, and DLD compliance, where he has developed a practical understanding of UAE’s administrative and procedural landscape. He routinely liaises with UAE Courts, DLD, the Ministry of Economy, Immigration, and government service centers (Tasheel, Amer, DED) to ensure seamless client representation.

Previously, Mr. Zeiniddine worked with Ashkar Law Firm (Lebanon), where he assisted in litigation strategy, contract drafting, and research on corporate and IP law. His international outlook is further supported by academic exposure through the T.M.C. Asser Institute’s Inter-University Program on International Criminal Law and ZAKA & SADER Legal’s LegalTech Accelerator focused on AI applications in legal practice.
